Univ.-Prof.Dr.K.V.Muller Prag I, Zeltnergasse l6. rag, 6 December 1944 inlsterarnt 0 g.: - 9. DEZ1944 As a result of the length of the divorce process, my wife's peculiar development of character has led to incompatibilities which over time make it impossible for me to ensure the education of my children in the manner ordered by the guardianship court and desired by me. During my absence in Slovakia, on two days after she obtained a pass through a circuit leader known to her, my mother and sister, who was responsible for raising the children, sought up my mother in Gohrisch and in the grossest way insulted and threatened in front of all the public. At the end, she even threatened to bring a gun the next time. The local police officer S c h a r f e, who was a witness of this threat, told my mother that he could not help her until something had happened, he would not have had a right to intervene. He recommended extreme caution and vigilance. Both my 68-year-old mother and my sister Johanna von Schön are already seriously affected by health, the latter is also strained to the extreme by use in home work. They have not grown up to such excitement in the long term. St. M. X4-44 a/44
