Judiciary Group Prague, 9 September 1942 Originally presented to the State Secretary. Subject: Legal Assistant Johann M a t o u š e k in Vlaschim. On the order of 21.8.1942 and following my report of 22.8.1952. The court clerk Johann Matoušek in Vlaschim was dismissed from service because of his behaviour as communicated by the Oberlandrat in Prague on the basis of Government Regulation No. 397/4l. The Ministry of Justice in Prague has taken the individual case as the occasion to make the subordinate authorities the most accurate observance of the language regulations again obligatory, bearing in mind the serious consequences of a failure.
