The exchange offer of the flat "An dem Fister Nr. 7" with an apartment in the "Villa Zweig" was submitted to you on condition that you would only claim to the apartment at the 1nd floor. Now that Mr. Major Forster reports that you intend to rent the apartment on the ground floor, except for the exchange apartment offered, the offer of the exchange will be withdrawn.
