tc In this respect, many other pamilies, whose fathers also for years no longer have any official relations in the Protectorate, and whose relocation, if only because of the war conditions had to remain so far, undoubtedly have the same as for no family. As far as these are single days and children, whose care and protection would be only a burden for the German administration in any critical situations, etc., their voluntary departure to their respective closer homelands should only be a matter of urgency, but at least should be accepted. Depending on the degree to which such a "relief" or "concentration" of the population relations in the Protectorate should be sought 22! - which is not subject to my assessment - I could even use a government steering in this sense, albeit on a voluntary basis, under the slogan "air protection" or 'space procurement' or dgl. and at least a nominal extension also to the Czechs (because of the outer face) as expedient. If, even after the war, German families whose men have for years left the Protectorate and no longer have any professional background there would be held against their will by official influence, the unrest that arises in each individual case would cause more dust than if a quiet, explanatory slogan were issued to their relocation. For the natural difference in the psychological situation of those who are not actually native to the Protectorate, and of those Germans who are rooted on this ground by birth, family, possession, one must in my opinion count as a factum given now, even if I do not want to dismiss as minor the arguments of many Germans who have been in existence to me and the political difficulties before the Czechs.
