La - 2 - The applicant must always be asked whether the persons referred to in (a) and (b) have also submitted a request for a copy of the report. The reply must always start with the next member of the list. The State Police (head) department has at least taken a sample of the correctness of the inquiry by the local police authority. (a) or (b) in particularly important cases, the particulars for each of the members of the family are carefully verified. (a) or (b) if a member of the family does not reside within the Great German Reich or within the German sphere of power (Norway and Denmark), the request for a copy of the report is made by the State Police (head) department, etc. In cases where it is to be submitted pursuant to Decree 44 of the Central Visa Authority's collection of the existing passport requirements, it is not necessary to forward it to the Central Inspectorate. Applications for approval by German or foreign Germans who wish to return to their permanently resident relatives abroad and applications by such Germans, none of whom live under (a) or (b) or alternatively'named relatives, shall in any case be submitted to the Reichsssicherheitshauptamt - IV B 4 c - for a decision.
