The SudetenGerman ethnic group has the task for the total German language to fulfill itself and its settlement area to assert itself and beyond and to bring its forces to the effect in the given space . In order to fulfil its task , it shall be responsible for the structure and structure of the task . It is now to be investigated in which way the sudetenGerman ethnic group has to divide its settlement area according to the given task and to shape its structure from landscape units, namely under the present conditions, thus seen from the inside, and not from the entire German folk soil and its limbs. The settlement area . The SudetenGerman settlement area is a curved , in some cases already broken , L a n d s t r e i f n of un - uniform width , which several language islands are upstream and which in its form corresponds to an open circle ring . Characteristic for each circle-like settlement strip is its M t e i pun k t s l o s i g k e i t . The SudetenGerman settlement area does not have a total center in the settlement area itself. The R a u m m i t el- p u n kt is Prague, just as the center of a circle ring is always the centre of the surrounding circles outside the same. However , the Sudeten-German settlement area has some La n d s c h a f t s m i t e l p u n k t e , of which , although not a total centre , some are of particular importance for the entire settlement area . These are the D o p p e l - m i t e l p u n k t e of the Elb - and the Jeschken - Iserland , formed by the neighbouring cities of Teplitz-Schönau with Aussig and Reichenberg mtt Gablonz . The areas of influence of some central cities stand out in the form of more pronounced landscapes , which usually also form a link with the traditional and traffic geography . In general , however , only those grouping around the district towns are , in the mountainous areas , often only the even smaller , rural units settled in . Obstacles to the design The generally rather unfavourable situation of the settlement results in numerous obstacles and difficulties for the summary and design of the Sudeten German language to a resilient result, which is a prerequisite for the desired unity of will.
