Dear Minister of State, when I was committed to war 7 months ago, I felt that the women who were obliged to war would be shown some kind of accommodating by the non-committed people. Gradually, however, I had to let another one teach me. I have experienced a lot of things to think about. But I always said to myself that these are hardships that are not so fast in the decisive place be=, and are balanced over time. However, after an incident on March 1st, 44, which I had to experience with my apartment=, I have to give the Minister of State a report on how it is ordered with us women who are committed to war, in order to be able to think ideally at all. Although I am not quite healthy myself, I gladly and joyfully started my work with the Wehrmacht -W.B.V. Group I c, Prague, Platz d. Wehrmacht. Jch can well say that I've followed my service on time and conscientiously to this day. With my free time it is quite scarcely best. But compared to the performance of our sons on the front, I like to find myself with it. For some time I have had a rather painful leg pain. Jch therefore saw me forced to take a few hours to help me this week for the big and rough chores. This woman, who herself is employed by an authority as a pure-machinist and can only come to me after = for a few hours at noon, because she has to take her duty at 17.00 o'clock, wanted to knock some runners in the court on the l0.3.44 against l6 1/2 o' clock. Jch had probably expected reason, but not the harassment of certain people. A Mr Richard S c h r a d e r , Prague II, Klemensgasse l9, spoke to me and once and for all he refused to knock the carpet in the afternoon. Jch calmly explained to him that I could not do otherwise and the woman later had no time, that we had to take some consideration of each other in the 5th year of the war and that I had to knock at least all 5 to 6 weeks once my carpets etc. All intermediate remarks would lead too far to write. It is enough for me to explain that this Mr. Sehrader was quite abusive against me. - In particular, he told me that his praw was suffering and that he had only come to Prague for the sake of absolute rest for his wife all around, and he forbids me to knock again in the afternoon. Mr. Schrader, ca. 27 years old, whose age is on the front line, has a rather strange soldier's happiness and all Ürsacne to show more understanding of his environment. After l/2 years of military= time in a Taborer garrison, he was recently transferred to Prague to continue his military service as a civilian. After a personal exclusion from him, he also had full rights to this convenience. What is this like compared to the soldiers who have already had 412 years of front service? - The spouses Schrader had a girl for service from the beginning of their marriage and therefore do not know what it is like to work. Jch am 44 years old, in November v.J. my son-in-law is lost by the death of a plane. My 2O-year-old boy has been his husband for 2 years as a volunteer. For 5 weeks, ifh has no news of him and only knows that he is in the south of the Eastern Front in ./.
