However, special consideration must be given to the institutions and institutions in need of rest, schools, hospitals etc./. Likewise, the mentioned housework may not be allowed on public holidays or within the time / usually from 10 a.m. to 6 a. m. for the maintenance of the night's rest in the house. The district authorities must immediately inform the municipalities of their splendour and monitor compliance with this directive.
