Copy. *103 Security Service RF4 SD-Division Budweis. Budweis, ll.5.1944. To the Inspector of the German Minister of State Herr Oberlandrat Dr. B l.a s c h e k Budwei s. Subject: Banset_Václav, Elektrotechniker, born 2.2.l9l5 in Swietla, Bez. Ledetsch, single, non-denominational, Prot. Anh., resident Swietlas No.338. Banset lives with his ill-tempered parents and siblings in the common household in the poor house of Swietla. The father of B., Karl Banset, is convicted twelve times, just as his two brothers are supposed to be in prison. The parents of the B. are described as timid and dishonest. It is increasing that they make use of their blinded son as an object of gain for their purposes and thus make their living in a convenient way. However, the above-mentioned one is well judged in character by the difference between his parents and siblings and is regarded as an arduous person. Which political party Banset formerly belonged to, could not be found out, since he had been working mostly outside of his place of residence since his 14th year of age. It is said, however, that Banset never worked politically. Today, B. belongs to the NG as a member. The disadvantage was not experienced in a political way. Banset also did not appear in criminal terms. On 29.4.1944 B. returned from the Klarschen Blindenanstalt in Prague to Swietla. Banset is considered worthy of greater support. With regard to his poor parents and siblings, however, it would be appropriate to withdraw his income under all circumstances from the accesses of his parents and brothers and sisters, otherwise not Banset, but of his family members as beneficiaries of these of his relations. eg. Eichler 4-Sturmbannführer.
