English Translation
10 Ministera 1.) V er m ering.: SS Frag, 2 August 1944. According to the ErlaR desReiehsprotertors über die "Dr.Wilhelm Frickstiftung für benevolgente Protektorratsbearbeiter" of 16.3.1944, one-off or ongoing aid may be granted to members of the Protectorate who, on the occasion of their work in the armaments industry, ... . . . outside the protectorate. . . ( § 3, paragraph 2 ), however, a consultation with Reg.Rat Schwandner, the managing director of the Foundation, gave that in general only one-off aid up to the amount of RM 500.-- are paid. Current insupport should and have not been granted; the present case would become a precedent - apparently not desired. However, with a one-off allowance, the Banset has not served; as a completely blind person at present, he has only 80.- RM of any kind; he would have to receive a grant of at least a further L0.-RM per month, if one really wants to help him. It is, however, questionable whether, in view of the family circumstances described above, he is at all served with a cash Aif pension. The right thing to do would be to place him in a home, for which funds from the Minister of State would have to be made available. 2.) Mr. Head of Division. Myma 44 -Paf tr.9in6
