88 minutes, recorded on l4.XI.l939 at the Chancellery of the electric tramways of the capital Prague /D 19 /. a n d : the statement of Mr. Oldrich V r b i c k ý, official of Škoda works, resident in Prague-Smichov "Pod Kotlařkou" No 22-23, about the accident, resp. Injury to the wife of Gischitzky, whom she suffered on September 7th l939 when driving the electric tram train in the direction to Koschiř, on line 9 near the stop "Divišgasse" on Smichov. A n w e s e n d : t aa a " electric trams d.H.Prague: Ing.Jos.Pithardt, Technical Council. The above witness said the following about the accident: I drove in the Z. 400 motor car and sat inside the car on the left side in the direction of travel at the doors leading to the front platform. The motor train normally approached from the "Pilsnerstrasse" stop to the "Divišgasse" stop, in which it stopped normally without any sudden jerk. But before the train stopped completely, a scream sounded from the outside, whereupon the conductor, who was inside the car, immediately gave the bell sign to stop the train. Immediately afterwards the train stood still. I know exactly that the train was already in the stop at the stop. With determination I can confirm that the train to the station - up to the scream - allowed me to watch Romtinmiorlief approaching and make trouble. On the front platforms, as I could observe, there were no more like one or two passengers. After the scream from the outside, I did not leave the car and was subsequently informed by the conductor that some woman wanted to get out, but that she fell off the running board, that the accident was not serious in any way, since the lady in question did not require any treatment and had rejected the police investigation. I have not seen the affected at all. I still notice that at the time of the accident there was complete blackout, so as in the course, as well as outside the view was very low. 0S00 ./.
