In view of the above request, we immediately arranged for a protocol interview between the driver and the two drivers of the mo- tor train concerned and two witnesses who immediately came forward after the accident. These interviews were carried out on l4. t.n. for the participation of the local representative.s The written statement is attached in the annex. However, on the basis of the statements mentioned, in particular with regard to witness statements, it is not possible to judge on the fault of the accident in question with the parties to the electric street track, i.e. their employees who were involved in it, or further, that the procedure and behaviour with these in relation to the non-compliance or otherwise defective. In addition, we note that by examining the personal statements of the affected operating staff, we have found that none of them has yet been punished properly or disciplined during their current service period.
