STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 1053, sig. 109-4/807
English Translation
The instruction according to the secret leaflet for the Reich officials and employees seconded to the Protectorate Administration of June 1, 1942 was repeatedly insufficient and a repetition of the instruction was not ensured. Intrusive instruction took place on the spot. The supervision of the Czech staff in the autonomous administration was often inadequate. Some district heads had agreed with their German order administration and the Czechs left themselves more or less alone. Here, too, instruction and amendments were made. a) The allocation of German personnel to the Reichsauftragsverwaltung is very different for no apparent reason. Vsetin with 800 German inhabitants l4 employees in the Reichsauftragsverwaltung, while Moravian Weisskirchen with 3000 German inhabitants, a German forestry school, RAD-Führerinnenschule, Kinderlandverschaltungslager, Kurlazarett and German military has only 5 employees (with only 1 writing staff). I have referred the Central Administration to these misconducts and have requested from it a list of the officials of the Reich's mandates and of the respective German population.
