This is particularly evident at the workplaces, in the non-contributory, i.e. labour-related workers, who work in the labour force or between the prisoners of employment. A further primacy lies in the fact that the Vach- and Kilfswachmann- schaften see their output only in the guarding of the Erieg prisoners, but not in their duty to overtake the labour services. It is ordered in the end 1.) Every prisoner of war who is obliged to work and able to work has to use geine labour force fully. Infringements must be carried out against him with the utmost rigour until new penal provisions have been enacted. 2.)The working time of the prisoners of war must be adapted to the demeanours applicable to the German workers of the drive. 3.)vie each team shall assist the manager and his employees in their work-promoting activities in smooth cooperation; conflicting views shall be suppressed with the aim of raising the performance of the work. 4.)Tach- and Eilfswachenannschaften are considered to be responsible and severely punished if they do not intervene against prisoners of war who withhold their labour force. 5.)The Machmann chiefs carry out a paternal duty to whom they, if they allow the devising and supervising of the work of the prisoners of war, are themselves available for hit work. According to H.V.El. 1942-part E page 93 No.l41-Abzchnitt II, this work is to be concluded. The non-service Lesuch of restaurants and private houses is forbidden to the Vachmanngschen during working hours. Reader's order shall be sent to the commanders of the labour command and shall be forbidden to all guards during working hours, the officer of the ceneral for the work assignment shall be appointed by the officers of the Iriegsgefengens to the chiefs of detachment, the chief of the high command of the Vehrmacht.
