St.S.IV D - 33/41. Prague, 16th Pebruar 1942. otsa Mr. Under-Secretary of State. On the basis of an oral order from the Secretary of State, I do not agree that the following reports are available via Oberlandrat Fiechtner: 1. Fiechtner constantly refers to the nolkery in Gross-Meseritsch butter without giving any cards for this purpose. A control of the Bohemian-Mährisches Verband fixed this. The administrator of the dairy had been transferred. However, Peechtner continued to use the butter from the dairy. He also received butter from his transfer manager. 2. Fiechtner had three special allocation cards for fat issued in his office. 3. Fiechtner had bought 85 kg of carp from a Baron Teuber in Krisans at Veihnachten. When the court in the office of Rëichsprotector had become rebukeable, Fiechtner had sought to order the matter as if he had made the purchase of the fiach in the district of his authority. 4. A Rosa Gleixner, who had been employed as a cook at Fiechtner, had stated that a merchant Politzer in Jglau had delivered 1/8 kg of butter or sausage without cards every day. If Mrs Fiechtner had been made aware that the cards had been used, she had geantyorted that Politzer would deliver butter without cards. Jhr Mann do enough for Politzer, so that he can leave the butter without cards. 12.28
