I have given the Minister of Social Affairs Dr. Klumpar an oral notice today of the need for a new order in the field of employment and wage policy of the Reich Protector. He accepted my communication in the presence of Group Leader II 4 without further explanation and only noticed that the com-missary occupation of the staff of all employment offices in the Protectorate with German gentlemen constituted such a drastic measure that they reached far beyond his department. He concluded that the whole matter would be officially addressed to the Prime Minister in the next few days.
