Reference: Your request of 25.6.1942. The lower hunting authority in Brünn does not approve the conditions presented here for the lease of the communal hunting district Branoice. By the decree of the Supreme Hunting Authority number 83.61o VI c/1942 of 18.6.1942, the latter, on the basis of § 12 para., 6 of Reg.Vdg.Slg.No. 127/41, asserts the right of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia to lease a number of hunting districts, including the hunting district of Branowitz. The lease must therefore be carried out by agreement of the lower hunting authority with the protectorate forest office Seelowitz. They are instructed to conclude a lease agreement on the joint hunting district of Branowitz with the designated forestry office and to present it here in four copies for further negotiation by 15 July 1942 at the latest.
