Confidentially Eing31.JULI 1943 02 To the Lord Staabssékretär SS-Obergruppenführer K.H. Fr a n k , Czernin-Palais. Betr.*: Nature and Wildlife Reserve Gross-Seeelowitz. Reference : Erl.v.17.7.1943 No.St.5. 331/43. On 29.ds.lits. the chief hunting officer R aa b and the farmer D w o r a c z e k, who was envisaged as a hunting tenant, came to the responsible Lower Hunting Authority for oral proceedings and asked for information on the way in which the lease was carried out. The information was given to him in that the Lower Hunting Authority had to submit an application for a free-hand lease of the community hunting district of Branowitz. On this occasion, both Raab and Dworaczek agreed to assign the parts of the communal hunting district located south of the road Branoitz-Groß Niemtschitz and south of Branowitz-Pribitz to the hunting area of Gross-Seeowitz in Unterpach, in order to fulfill dås promised at that time. Today, in the presence of Mr. Stabs hunter master v. Z e n t t i , to which the Lord Reichsprotector has entrusted the direction and responsibility for the Protectorate hunting areas according to the decree of 30,6.l942, a joint negotiation on the hunting o mngg district formation in Branowitz takes place with the Jagdvor- raab. I will report further on the outcome of this negotiation. I should like to point out that an arrondation of the local hunting district of Branowitz, as is customary according to the statutory provisions, has not yet taken place, as this hunting area, together with the surrounding hunting area- T @ $193-163/42
