As I do not think it is acceptable that at the end of the fifth year of the war the working power of an active administrative officer should be broken, I have proposed to entrust a special task to Ministerial Director Vollert in the course of the expansion of the defence industry in the Protectorate. I would be grateful to you, Mr Reichsprotektor, if you would give me your agreement that Vollert can take over the task.
