On 8.5.1940 I had sent a letter under the sign St. S. 320/40 to Mr Reichskatzmeister Böhler, in which I spoke out for the inclusion of Dr. Gerolf Graf v. Coudenhove in the party. Count Coudenhove is the son of a Japanese woman and employed at the Japanese Consulate General Prague. Mr. Reichsleiter Bouhler informed me on 17.5.1940 under the sign reference number: II/F that he had forwarded the scream to you for reasons of responsibility.
