Mts. - Sign S T o/e organizations, I hereby send the draft regulation, which I intend to issue on the basis of § 1, paragraph 2 of the regulation on the law of law in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia of 7.6.194 after hearing the Reich Minister of the Interior. I attach importance to the fact that it is not a separate body, which is independent from my authority, which will create an "institu- tion of organisations for the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia", but rather that this department will be part of my activities in the long run before the Institu- tive Division I.
