However, the volume of bread is only expected to be about 123,000 tonnes compared to the demand of 150,000 tonnes. The proportion of wheat will be about 20 -22,000 tonnes, i.e. about 1/6 of the total quantity, compared to 55,000 tonnes of wheat - about 30% of the whole grain of bread delivered in the previous year.
