As I take from the Reichsministerialblatt for the internal administration, you have been commissioned with the leadership of the Landratante in Znaim. To this end I would like to convey to you my sincere wishes for happiness. I hope that you have now found the circle of action which you are entitled to. The question raised in my letter of 19.6.1939 concerning the validity of the tickets of the German Reichstag on the trains of the Protectorate is now decided that these tickets are not valid.
