A further excess is only permitted with the agreement of the Minister for Social and Health Administration. I1 I believe it is necessary for the Council of the Government of the Republic of Shmilinsky to go to Berlin on Tuesday or mid-week to report on this matter. It is urgent that the regulation should be adopted before Easter or late in the week after Easter. Since the available forces cannot be used to establish wages in the main industries of the developing economic areas, I would urge that an accelerated over-production of these products should be carried out without delay.
