English Translation
27 - 3 - according to the situation of things to be accepted first. 4) In determining how many percent of wages are missed, it is to be assumed that a differential of the minimum wage must be maintained by the Reich after Bohemia and Moravia. To this end, the tariff wages of Bohemia and Mähren should be determined expeditiously. The comparison of these wages with the wages of the neighbouring German economic areas will show how much per cent the minimum wage of Bohemia and Moravia can be increased. 5) Since, according to the latest communications, unemployment in Bohemia and Moravia will be eliminated in the shortest possible time, and so that a wild wage trend can be feared upwards, a limitation of actual labour earnings must be imposed at the same time as increasing the minimum wage. 6) The maximum wages can only be fixed in such a way as to allow for an excess of the minimum wage by a maximum of y %. 7) When determining which excess wage can be allowed, the actual earnings of the adjacent economic areas must be assumed.
