37 Enso must be prevented from suddenly introducing wage peaks from the Old Reich into the present wage picture. In the Sudetenland, the application of the collective wage regulations of the public service from the old Reich, as decreed by the Reich's departments, has led to considerable emigration and wage difficulties. The administration of the Reich, which hires new workers, would have to be stopped, starting with the local wage rates. Since predominantly Czech workers will be recruited, this solution is easily acceptable. On the basis of this situation, it seems necessary that the civil governors for Bohemia and Moravia immediately initiate the adoption of a regulation Brinxsem, which prohibits any price increase and wage increase. I also consider it necessary that - as in the case of the liberation of the Sudetenland - some officials of the Reichsstreuhünder administration should immediately be seconded to the civilian governor, so that wage policy and its management can be constantly monitored. The historical unity of the Sudetenland with Bohemia and Moravia makes it expedient that the Reichstreuhänder of the work Reichenberg takes over this task. The wage policy in the Sudetenland had already been focused on creating an economic and social-politically justified gap to the internal Bohemian area, without too much tension to the neighbouring areas of the Old Reich. If this policy is pursued logically, wage and price policy will best respond to geopolitical and general government needs.
