232 16 August 1940. y-Grup. St.s. 475/40. 16.. 1940 -fturmbannführer Friedrich Brehm, Katowice, Seydlitzstrasse 23. Dear Pg. Brehm ! With reference to the last conversation with you, I inform you that, according to the findings I have made in the meantime, you will be informed in the letter to the deputy of the Führer dated 7.10.1938 and others. The leaders of the Eger SdP have fled to the Reich. I recall the statement given to you at the time that I had received from the Führer personally the express order to remain in the Reich and not to return to Eger against the then Czechoslovak Republic. I ask you to back down the quoted part of the letter and to continue to confirm that you will proceed against all the points in which you have claimed, either orally or in writing, the same or similar. I will report to the deputy of the Führer on the outcome of the matter. I look forward to your early rebuttal. Hail Hitler!
